Great place to live for people new to the city

This property is home to many different people from various walks of life, which allows a resident to easily meet people within the complex. When I moved in I was new to the city and I was able to meet people and form a social group in a new city.

the above floors echo really terribly when you live on the bottom floors, very difficult to accomplish schoolwork with the constant stomping. also, the office dismissed my complaints about the obnoxious stomping/throwing of objects that I hear constantly 24/7 from the people who live above me

Im neutral because of the rent, the increase of rent has been a crazy amount. The couple of friends I have here are not resigning because of this increase, and this also does include myself and roommate. The reason this apartment was appealing was the rent when we moved in and the location. It was afford and close to my work.
