The leasing office staff creates such a community within the apartment, and it is much appreciated. There are various amenities that all are very useful include a clean gym, swimming pool, golf simulator, and study rooms. I have taken advantage of everything and it all has been amazing. They haven't returned my security deposit after 5 months I moved out!

Five months later, this apartment still hasn't return my security deposit. I emailed a lot during these five months, but no one replied. I called to the office, and the stuff answered with terrible, rude, arrogant attitude. One example: I asked why they didn't reply a single email, and the stuff answered "but now I'm answering your call". So funny. The WORST and crazy apartment rental management I have ever seen!!!
April 12, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comBefore the application, I told the officer that I had a roommate and she said "Okay, u need to fill the form with your roommate's name. And your roommate also needs to submit the application with your name". After both of us submitted the application and paid the fee of $230. I found that the lease sign page showed error and said my application was received and someone would get in touch with me soon. However, I didn't get any message after that within 2 days. So I made a phone call and they told ...me they only had single rooms right now and could not take any roommate request. If we want to live here, we are forced to live in separate apartments. And if we want to cancel the application now, the $230 fee is nonrefundable. What!!!!! Is this crazy You didn't tell me that we couldn't be assigned to the same apartment before the application but after we paid. I have never heard that apartment rental company doing such things including rent single rooms in 2b2b or 3b3b apartment. I thought it was common sense that an apartment was rented in a whole.
