I toured multiple properties before One Riverwalk, but the minute I walked in, I could sense something was different. The staff were welcoming, approachable, and knowledgeable. Jordan Young and Corrie Rea really went the extra mile to work with me, and living here has exceeded expectations. I strongly recommend One Riverwalk to anyone looking to move downtown!

One Riverwalk is a wonderful place to live. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and professional; the apartments are beautiful; the amenities are fantastic; and the location within walking distance of downtown and UT is ideal. I can't imagine a better place to live in central Knoxville.

I love my apartment and the experience living at One Riverwalk. There are some younger residents who cause general day to day grounds issues, but generally I love living here and the onsite management is consistently great. So friendly and helpful, better than any property management I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
