What's Not to Love!!!
August 2, 2021I've lived here 1 month so far and I'm loving it! Nikki, Caleb, Lonnie and the maintenance staff have been WONDERFUL. They have been accommodating, have helped with questions I've had and are always as nice as can be. The facilities throughout are top-notch (gorgeous pool, fitness center, and Yoga studio) and you can't beat the accessibility of the restaurants, movie theater, and other shops right outside your front door. Achey Breaky Heart
February 22, 2021I would give this business 0 stars if I could. My husband and I have been living here for about one year. The number of issues we've encountered during our time here have far surpassed any issues a "luxury" apartment complex should bestow upon their residents. The complex has been actively renting units for about 2 years now. The craftsmanship that went into erecting this building is amateur, at best, and far below standards for any luxury living establishment. Promises that have been made to not ...only us, but other residents, have not been met. Some examples I can humbly share at this time are: no 24-hour security - some days there is no security at all, residents' vehicles that have a ONE tag on them, while parked outside the building, are always being towed (it's assumed ONE has a contract with the towing company and gets a kickback), lighting in the parking garage is insufficient, the guest entrance doors hardly ever close properly (safety issue), residents' trash constantly builds up in the trash rooms on each floor due to full trash chutes or broken chute doors, the hallways are not heated or air conditioned, there are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms within the units, standard closets within the units do not have lighting, the stackable washing machines have a foul odor that cannot be cleaned or diminished with bleach, the garage door to the parking garage is constantly broken, the emergency maintenance phone number is the same as the main leasing office number and is never answered, there have been multiple issues with key fobs randomly deactivating overnight with no one to contact - residents have had to stay in their cars or lobby overnight until someone got to the building to help, pipes have burst in units and again, no maintenance number - so 911 had to be called, last summer the ceiling in the mail room/area was pouring water for about 3-4 weeks. On a good note: the gym is solid. Beware. You've been warned.Property Manager Responded

August 7, 2020Pre CoVid, the events hosted were great! That's how I met a few of my neighbors, and it was an awesome way to enjoy the common areas. The building and apartments are aesthetically pleasing. I do believe that to be considered a luxe/luxury it is lacking details, and features that are pretty standard in a non-luxe apartment, for example, bedroom and living room do not have overhead light fixtures so bring your lamps. One towel rack in bathroom, that's all. No hooks. Like any apartment building, ...there will be noise. You will hear your neighbors, but it does bother me if I am close enough to my bathroom, I can clearly hear when my upstairs neighbor is doing #1 and flushes the toilet. Also, it is very loud if you are near the stairs and the [heavy] door slams as residents move about. *GREAT mirror in bathroom (my fav)* For those who like some nice selfie lighting! Now... I am satisfied with the overall experience at ONE and their staff. Maintenance requests are promptly taken care of, leasing office staff has always been more than willing to assist, answer questions and concerns to the best of their ability and knowledge.
