The units are well kept, comfortable, and very affordable for the quality you get. January 6, 2026The staff is fine and the building isn’t bad I can’t really blame the roaches on them I just wish they handled them better, they know there’s a problem however they leave it completely on the residents to call pest control who don’t really take care of the problem.Property Manager Responded

January 3, 2026Living here has been peaceful, beautiful, and adventurous. The only thing is, the washer flooded the floor now the floor is pulled off and has been for a whole week. As well as our heat/air conditioner wasn't working for almost a full month, even after maintenance repaired it. Other than that it's nice here... Just faulty things!!Property Manager Responded

December 31, 2025I live in the 4 bed 4 bath and the apartment itself is really cute. Although the apartment is cute, our AC didn’t work for the first 3 weeks after move in (in august) and their solution while they fixed it was to unplug our dryer unit to add in a portable AC. So we didn’t have a dryer either. We also had to get maintenance to fix our dishwasher. There’s been a change in management and I’m not totally sure how it affected residents, haven’t noticed much of a difference. Over winter break most ...residents keys reset?? and I couldn’t get into my apartment without going to get the security guard to let me in. The people in the leasing office are generally helpful but sometimes they can’t really do much. if you are looking to live somewhere affordable that has some quirks but also good deals one12 is great! i will be renewing my lease despite the problems because ultimately they did get fixed and it is a good monthly rent.Property Manager Responded

December 30, 2025I like the tall ceilings. I dont like how I can fully hear the parking garage at night. The light also streams into my room and there's no way for me to get blinds because I'm not allowed to put stuff on the roof. December 30, 2025living at one12 has been pretty good it’s quiet for the most part and security takes their jobs seriously so i feel safe. my only grievance is that the pool was closed all last summer and we couldn’t even go up there for fresh air. other than that i haven’t had any bugs and it gets the job doneProperty Manager Responded

The Best
June 5, 2025I’ve had a great experience living at Avana Cheshire Bridge Apartments. The location is super convenient—close to shopping, dining, and everything you need in Atlanta. The community is well-maintained, and the amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse are always clean and accessible. The staff has been especially helpful. The management team, especially Mel, is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is always ...clear. Overall, I’ve felt safe and well taken care of here. I would definitely recommend Avana Cheshire Bridge to anyone looking for a quality place to live in the area.Property Manager Responded
