    I’ve been living in this community for 3 years, and I’ve had a great experience throughout my tenancy. The maintenance staff is incredibly fast, reliable, and always professional. I truly appreciate how responsive they are! It makes a big difference in feeling comfortable and cared for in my home.

    No issues living here for the most part. Car parking assigned next to me sometimes parks too close to my car/spot. Didnt get to take too much advantage of the amenities. Issues with anything gets promptly addressed. No issues with communications. There use to be an issue of dog owners letting their pets poop on the stair case sometimes a couple of months after moving in, but have not seen it happen again afterwards.

    Safe space, very convenient. Package lockers are nice and new spa area is a nice bonus. Neighbors are friendly. Maintenance is taken care of quickly. Leasing office is a little lax about responding to emails

    Found cockroaches day 1 and the manager is non-responsive. This is not a good management company. The space is lovely but expensive. If this location had better management, my review would be quite different.

    "My resident experience has been positive The staff has been helpful/responsive and the facilities are well maintained. I’ve appreciated community events/quiet environment/amenities like the gym and the new spa. Overall, my time living here has been comfortable/enjoyable, and I would recommend it to other's.     Loving it so far! Parking garage is so convenient. Love the walking distances to bars and restaurants. Just maybe more community events to get neighbors to know each other

    It's a great neighborhood. Love the environment. Staff is very helpful and easy to contact. Really would recommend this apartment. There's parking available inside or outside. Very peaceful. The park is across the street for my kids to play. Close by to a grocery store.

    People and management are friendly. Amenities are fine. In unit washer dryer is great. Walls are kinda thin I can hear voices but not what they're saying. Uses electronic locks which is the biggest downside for me. Memorize your codes.
