    Jenny and her team are amazing! Our unit has always been quiet and well maintained by staff. Our apartment was clean upon arrival and the process to apply and move in was made easy by staff. The area is beautiful and all of our neighbors have been respectful. I highly recommend checking this complex out!

    I moved in at the beginning of January and it has been nothing but great since I moved in. I haven’t lived in an apartment in over 20 years so the new processes are very different. Katie, Shae and Kate have been extremely helpful in this whole situation getting everything sorted, settled and set up for my daughter’s and my new place.     Unprofessional and not a fun environment to live in. First of all I’ve lived here for 6 months and NEVER received a USPS mailbox. Min you when I signed my lease, I was told it would take 3weeks to get my mailbox by Kate…6 months in still never heard anything about my mailbox and never got a key. They send maintaintence to apartments to do “occupant checks” instead of sending office staff. The parking lot was becoming rather full and now everyone has broken their lease and moved out!     nothing but issues since I moved it. I’ve had several issues from the kitchen sink, to the bathroom. My shower is growing BLACK mold, and they keep doing is putting some product on it for it go away temporarily. They haggle you for every dime that they can get. They offered a discounted rate on reserved parking and then they told residents that you HAVE to keep the parking space on your lease once you purchase it. I wish I would have known before moving here.

    The community is covered in dog poop. There aren't any surveillance in place to protect the residents or their belongings. I had a package stolen and was told "it's your duty to have a ring camera for your packages" the call box wasn't working for months any one could just walk into the building. The parking is designed that you'll have to pay. They have 10 slots for free in the front and the others in the back are all reserved costing 40-200 dollars depending on if you want a garage of covered ...

    First I would like to start off with how I think it is very interesting to see that there are not too many review platforms for this property and I wonder why? I’ve visited this place plenty of times before, as my friend lives on the property and I was interested in leasing here at one point. The property is beautiful but the reason why I did not move forward is because of the property manager (I specifically asked for her role when speaking to her and she responded with a bad attitude “I’m the ...
    property manager here”). She was not kind at all and it doesn’t look like she knows what she is doing, so for this property to be in her hands, I would definitely pass. A little while ago my friend who’s lived there since they opened informed me of a shooting that happened and my friend still sees the person involved in the shooting living there. We went back to her lease to see what is said about crime and according to the lease tenants and/or their guest involved in any crime would be penalized, so why are they still there? Any resident or child could have been seriously injured. Another reason why I didn’t lease here is because it seems like the manager can’t keep staff as I’ve seen new faces every other month which lets me know everything I need to know about management. It’s very unfortunate as the property is nice and has a lot of potential, but I am not willing to put my peace, my safety, my credit and history in rental at risk due to someone not knowing how to treat others or do her job.

    I absolutely love this property. My husband and I have been watching the construction from the start of this property and recently contacted them to get information since our lease is up soon. I spoke with the staff and they were so lovely and answered all of our questions. We applied and we are so excited for our move coming up.   • Unprofessional!!!

    This is the most unprofessional apartment complex I have EVER had to deal with!! We got approved 1 month ago to move in on the 29th of march. We switched over lights, cable,renters insurance and signed a lease. We have already put in an address change and everything at our current apartment will be cut off on march 28th! We get a call today a WEEK before we are suppose to move in stating we won’t be able to move in until April 12th!! They have ZERO resolution to a situation they are responsible ...
    for! Now we will be homeless on the 29th even though we did our part! These apartments knew they needed the city to inspect the property but waited and now they have made us homeless without a care in the world! If you ask questions you get a bunch of I don’t knows or I will call you back and no one ever calls back! This is not okay, and their only resolution was they could refund all the money we have already paid but we will be homeless and have 3 weeks to find somewhere to stay! They have made this experience of moving into a new build apartment hell and stressful! Now I have to search the for their corporate number since they won’t give it to me!
