Amazing place to live!!!!
July 13, 2024Been here for over 3 years and I can’t say enough about how awesome the office and maintenance staff are here!! Maintenance is super responsive and the office staff is so nice! The pool area and grounds are beautiful and the clubhouse area is awesome, they have a really nice gym, a game room and vending machines. The entire property is always clean, updated and well kept. Don’t listen to the bad reviews about this place. It’s probably coming from people who don’t pay their rent and blame everyone ...else for their own self inflicted shortcomings. I have nothing bad to say about this complex or its staff. Don’t hesitate to sign a lease and make Onion Creek Luxury Apartments your home!Property Manager Responded

Horrible management
February 15, 2020Management Support is the worst management company of any apartments I’ve ever experienced. They will enter without notice, refuse to prove copies of paperwork I signed (my move out notice for one and move in inspection). Vital to fight their bogus charges at move out. I was gouged in price because I’m trying to do the right thing and not break my lease when I accepted a job in Austin while living in San Antonio - I transferred to this ‘sister property’ and they are like twin evils. The culture is one that is unmatched by other complexes in the city. The management team is very attentive to its residents and the office staff listen to the needs of its residents. Additionally, the maintenance is very prompt in responding to the needs of the residents by attending to issues in a timely manner. Moreover, the grounds are kept in tip-notch shape. Onion Creek Luxury Apartments
August 25, 2015This is an excellent property to live in. Staff, from the front office to maintenance personnel are readily available and attentive. It is truly a "Luxury" apartment, with amenities available. It sits in a cul-de-sac, which someone has to be going to the apartments to get in. It is gated, with two separate gates to get in. It is not overly priced for Austin, but still a bit on the pricier side. My apartment was over 1200 square feet, 2-2. I also rented two garages, providing space enough for ...my two cars and additional storage. It truly is a wonderful apartment. I cannot say enough about the Maintenance personnel, who came to my apartment whenever I had a normal problem. My main problem was that I'd clog up the disposal...repeatedly. They'd come in within 2 hours after my call to fix it. The management staff is very friendly, willing to work with you on different issues, including rent increases. Good Price, Good Apartment
August 11, 2015Lived in over half a year. The apartment is probably one of the best in the area for the price. I have a 1 bedroom (900 sq ft) for under $1,000 a month - compared to other places in the area I could only find around 800 sq ft for around $1,000. Complex is upkept very well. Nice gym, pool, and grills. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues. Its great being close to all the shops off of Slaughter. The only complaint I would have is sometimes the trash men come really late. Sometimes ...after midnight. LOVE This Place!
July 21, 2015I'm so happy to call this place home after living at so many terrible places. I've been here for a couple of years and I've lived in a large 1 bedroom w/ a yard and am now living in their largest 2 bedroom. The apartment interiors are beautiful and the community as a whole is well maintained. And you absolutely cannot beat the amenities here.
