Abysmal
August 11, 2023Living at this apartment complex is a literal nightmare. If I could leave negative stars I would. The office is impossible to get on the phone, there are roaches everywhere (including upon move-in), the water gets shut off at least 3 times a week and when it is on, good luck taking a warm shower. There is no hot water. One toilet was not working when we moved in and was never fixed in the four months that we were there, the cabinets had holes in them and the laundry rooms are full of trash and ...crackheads. Irresponsive Management and Terrible Service
September 3, 2021I moved into this community last year and here was what happen before we move in. I applied the apartment one month ago before we move in officially. During that period after I got approval, I called them at least 5 times more in order to have official leasing contract but they sent it out only before the date we move in and didn't give me enough time to read the detail. After moving in a few months later, I was going to sublease my contract to another group people since I need to rotate to a ...different area and when I tried to get the sublease form and all the detail, the representative even their manager, no one wants to take responsibility to provide the information you need, even they do, the answer you got every time was inconsistent. They said they upgraded their system back the date but that shouldn't be an excuse. There was still a long story that I can probably write a book to tell you all detail. Anyway... I wish I could give 0 stars
August 3, 2021It's been a week and I still have no hot water in my shower. Someone keeps completing my work orders and no one has came over to fix the issue. I go to the office in person and still nothing. My car was broken into and no one even cared in the office to alert the rest of the residents. The rent went up but they will not put up a gate! We have random people wandering the parking lot and sleeping in the laundry facilities! The security is useless when people cars keep getting broken into. Nothing ...luxury about Onnix! July 1, 2021Poor & unresponsive management, constant water shut offs, crappy pools, disgusting laundry rooms, landscapers just blow dirt all over cars and patios, broken gate on dog park, standing water due to leak in dog park (made my dogs vomit for 2 days), and our AC was out for 3 weeks in July 2020 before anything was done about it.Property Manager Responded

Water Shut off once or twice a week
February 23, 2021Nothing like having to wake up for work with your water being shut off so you cant shower. Been like this for about 6 months now. Poor experience
February 18, 2021The water is shut off at least twice a month. I submitted several maintenance requests and they still haven’t made the repairs. My sink disposal is not working and my AC is leaking. The community washers and dryers are flooded most of the time. This so called luxury apartments are not the greatest and I look forward to moving out in April.Property Manager Responded

Be Careful before miving here
November 10, 2020So I have been living at Onnix for about 6 months and I love my apartment and the community. However there are several issues that I have a problem with. Over this past weekend I had no hot water and I did not receive a single notification about what was going on. I put in a maintenance request online and no one ever called me. It wasn't until I called in an emergency maintenance request that I heard anything. I was told it would be fixed the next day and it was in the morning, then I ...notification was sent out 3 minutes before they turned off the water and I had no hot water again. The pool closest to my apartment has been unusable for months. The water is as green as the leaves on the trees and I have never seen anyone working on it. There's a hot tub that looks like it is perfectly fine to use but the gate has a chain around it so you can't even enter. The grill by my apartment wasn't in great shape when I moved in and has only gotten worse (see pictures). I've never seen any maintenance done to it what so ever. I've been told by some of my neighbors that the dog parks don't have working water fountains for their dogs and one of the dog parks has a gate that doesn't lock. Someone almost lost their dog because they were able to just walk right through the gate (luckily his dog knew his way home). Overall everyone that I have spoken to that works here has been super nice and friendly but there should be no reason why these issues haven't been looked in to. Especially considering the complex has no problem sending out late fees in a time where plenty of people have lost jobs or have had their work hours reduced and may be struggling. Throughout this entire pandemic they have only helped us out once by waving the late fee for 10 days in October. I have no problem with paying a late fee because it is something that I agreed to but if that's the case then the "luxury" amenities that are bragged about on their website should be up and running properly. I've been told that they are under new management but if things don't change within the next 6 months of my lease I will not be renewing.Property Manager Responded
