Not Worth It
January 21, 2025This place is okay, but could have been really nice. No heat to get your place above 64 degrees! Frost on the windows! Horrible snow removal takes 8 hours for them to show up! No kitchen sprayer, everything is painted beige, including the ceilings, really blah. Not enough light to see things especially in the bathroom. Oh if you get an apartment above a garage the Lack of insulation makes the garage doors sound like they are inside your apartment. They use the cheapest carpet they can find, it's ...gross. Oh and only 2 garbage dumpsters for 100 apartments! If you want cheaply made, bare minimum go Bigelow!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 24, 2019Been living here for 6 months and no complaints about the apartment! A nice location, cozy, spacious, and friendly landlord. Perfect for first time renters. Allows cats too with a deposit. It is one of those apartments you tour and immediately want to move in, so it's quite the find!Review from Apartments.com
They towed our car twice without notice.
July 7, 2017Once maybe it was for snow, we were out of country, sure not good but understandable I guess. This now proves they know it's our car and it is a car of a resident right Nope, middle of July it's towed simply because it has out of state plates....hello she is a college student from another state!!!!!!! So far the manger's response is go pound sand, we don't care. They don't even bother to look up if a persons car before towed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THEY PREY UPON STUDENTS!Review from Apartments.com
