Roaches, bad service.
December 15, 2022So there were so many roaches outside! All over the sidewalk! The pools were always dirty, neighbors are super nice, apartments are big, but so dirty. So many things were wrong. The front office was never any help and the workers always had an attitude. Also they sent me a bill after a year of moving out stating that we gave the 30day notice too late so they’re charging us a whole months rent for that…never any parking either! Like 4 handicap parking in the whole place. Literally such a dirty ...place. Maintance would always have problems w the water and would tell us couple days before but it was every month!! They definitely do the landlord special on the paint job. Loose plugs in the walls, and horrible carpet instillations. Overall not a great place to live. October 19, 2022Very close to my work at the time which was the main reason I chose these apartments. This was my first apartment and I enjoyed every minute of it. September 27, 2022I've been living here for a year already and I can call it home. My experience has been great with management and maintenance. Management always friendly and on top of my requests. Buildings are a little old but they are coming up with their remodels. I have a very nice and spacious 1 bedroom. Not to mention the great location I get to walk to work and the stores around here. Terrible Place To Live
May 1, 2019Major roach infestation. Maintenance does as they please. And management could care less if your allergic to bees and you have bees in your apartment. I've been dealing with bees in my apartment for about a month now. And managements response was "it's no big deal". "It's not a lot so we can't do anything about that. They turn off the water without warning for a good 12-15 you have no water at all. DEFINITELY DO NOT MOVE INTO ORACLE PALMS. THEY ARE A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.Review from Apartments.com

November 10, 2018Major mold infested!!! I took pictures and showed the office and they told me it was just mildew and painted over it!!! My entire family was so sick all the time! I was talking to a lady at the doctors office and some weird way of fate i told the lady my address and she told me that she used to live in my EXACT apartment before me. And she had the same issue. So much mold and sickness. For an entire month the water was shut off probably 20 days of it on and off. The perk of having a gated complex ...was a joke because the gate was always broken when we lived there. Bad bad bad. Roach Heaven
October 20, 2016There have been roach problems at this locations for the last 10 years. If I had read reviews before moving into this complex, I would have never signed the lease. Management is NOT great!! Also as you can see from reading reviews on apartmentratings.com. The buildings are old, the grounds need repair. Walls are ready to fall over and dangerous. It takes maintenance a while before they come to fix things, in fact you have to remind them a few times. The "gated" community is not really ...gated. There are openings in 2 areas of the property where anyone can walk through at any time of day or night. When you complain to management about problems, they tend to have an excuse for everything.
