Not worth the price, too many issues
January 15, 2024I lived here for 4 years. The worst part is the second & third hand smoke. I don't smoke, but my apartment gets constant smoke through the vents. The complex claims they can't do anything about it. Walls with yellow dripping down & the mell of smoke daily. They are a facelift of looks but nothing is new. There are single-pane windows so be prepared for cold winters and hot summers inside. You electricity bill for such a small space should not be what it is. Be prepared to have management that ...lives on site and picks favorites. Defends people that are doing wrong and doesn't fight for those that report. Or the flip side management changing constantly. This is a problem when you submit tickets because they get lost between managers. Appliances are bottom of the line and likey to break. My dishwasher never really cleaned. My fridge always popped open. The water is hard, and will have chunks of sediment in everything. Be ready to buy water, and not use tap for anything. All keep drain clog liquid on hand, will need it often. The tubs are never new and always sprayed. The spray peels off and leaves you with constant mold and peeling showers. They can only offer to respray, but never remove what's already there... Leaving you with more peeling and mold. Rent goes up drastically, 37% in just 1 year. The laundry facilities seemed to always have units down. I highly do not recommend these apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 13, 2024Remodeled units are not what they seem, Same cheap carpet and flooring, Old cabinets and counters, Overpriced Counters are cheaply painted one scratch there goes your deposit. Cabinets are the same old drawers with new faces. You will never use the community room its always closed. Pool area is only open when management decides they want to open it. Laundry room is a fight, constant broken washers and dealing with other tenants leaving laundry in machines for hours. or leaving them dirty filled ...with dog hair and other stuff.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Overpriced
November 19, 2020Worst place ever. Management is greedy. They charge you a "redecorating" fee, but then keep your deposit to clean the carpets. This place is overpriced, laundry rarely works, and the apartments reek of cigarette smoke.Review from Apartments.com
A Hidden Gem!
November 11, 2017This community is a great place to live. Most residents have been there for years and pretty much keep to themselves. The upkeep of the apartments are great and no bugs!!!!! Which is huge for me. The rent is reasonable and they are honest with what you will be paying and what you are responsible for as a renter. The ladies that work in the office are great and Michelle is definitely a blessing and a pleasure to work with. Oh yeah when things need to be fixed they get fixed here. The apartments ...are small but for a single person or couple the 1br are decent. If you are looking for luxury living with dry cleaning, fitness center, and whatever else then this is not the complex, but if you are looking for a place to get your start in Arizona Orange Tree is good place to start.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great location, mediocre apartment
October 8, 2017Pros: Great location!, price, parking, office staff. Cons: Outdated buildings, apartments, and cheap appliances, maintenance, neighbors. In general, if location is far and away your #1 priority this is a great place for its price. If the look and feel of the apartment means anything to you, keep looking. Everything inside the complex (laundry room, patios, roofing, parking, every possible aspect inside the apartment) just feels too old and way too cheap.Review from Apartments.com
