They don’t fix anything and if they do it’s half done correctly. Mold was growing in my place and just washed it off to get rid of it. The new mgmt is rude and could be nicer to there tenants.

Worst places I’ve ever lived. Leasing manager is rude and mean, often curses when talking to the tenants. They plowed maybe once during the entire winter and did not ice the sidewalks, I witnessed many people slip and fall including myself. Maintenance crew were just handymen, everything is rigged to work and they refuse to replace anything. After only a few months there my fridge completely broke on a Friday, they refused to send anyone out until Monday. They rigged it to work but the freezer ...
never got below 30 degrees. My first summer there the apartment was 80 degrees everyday by 4pm and since the AC was running (even though not correctly) they said there was nothing to be done. Nipsco bill was $400 after only 2 months. During the winter the heat was not able to keep the one bedroom apartment warm, we could feel breezes coming from both the sliding door and windows.
Washers and dryers were over priced and often ate your change, when one broke they just moved one from another building over. They often posted notices with different requirements or changes and threatened you with fines and eviction if you didn’t comply, like parking two cars in front of the building. Worse experience I’ve ever had renting, will do everything in my power to never return.

Good place to start

Good location, close to the water park and beach, and you're able to have large dogs. Good place to start. Lots of children running around and hanging out in the hallways. The laundry room washer and dryers are terrible. Staff is friendly and usually helpful.
