We've lived here for 3 years, love it here. We not only have a lovely tree in front of our apartment but beautiful view of woods across the street where we see the most beautiful birds, occasionally a cardinal visits. The management here is excellent, when we need a work order carried out Maintenance always takes care of it in a timely manner. from all that, we love that is a great place to walk every day to get exercise. Our neighbors are friendly and we have a great little community here. Stores and businesses are in walking distance along with the Post Office. The grounds at Orchard Court are lovely and well maintained. In the winter we have great snow removal and steps are always taken to assure safety on icy areas. Our Maintenance crew are sometimes out before daylight in the winter shoveling sidewalks. There is no reason NOT to love Orchard Court!

I have been fortunate to live here for almost a year in a half. The people in the front office are always pleasant and polite and willing to assist when something needs to be done. The maintenance gets request done in a reasonable time. They have a couple events a year that they put on and give notices well in advance for people have an opportunity to be there. The trash and the laundry room r in reasonable distance. They take great care of the place when we have snow. It makes it convienent for ...
a vet with the VFW down the street. Everything is within walking or driving distance to do. One couldn't ask for a better place to live. I have been a very happy tenant compared to other places I have lived. It makes it worth while when there is awesome people to assist you in the front office.

We relocated to Pennsville to be closer to both of our work and have lived in Orchard Courts for the totality of our stay so far. It is definitely the best apartment community in Pennsville. We have had no issues in the 1.5 years living here - Trash and laundry are a very short walk away; We can run to the grocery store for a quick ingredient if needed (save-a-lot and acme are very near); Wawa is literally down the street if you need to pick up something quick; And the leasing office throws ...

Maintenance is a call away if needed, though we haven't had any issues to need to call them :) Lastly, both of us have cars that we use daily for work and we have never had problems with finding parking. I would definitely recommend living here for anyone wanting to move to the area.

My name is Dhiraj Kumar living in Orchard Court since 2014. I stayed in 2 apaerments ( 1 BR and 2BR) so far in this apartment and found the it very nicely designed and specious. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Maintence staffs are very friendly and professional. I would say this is the best in Pennsville and Salem. This apartment is very near to Wawa opens 24/7 , walgreens, walamrt and other grocery stores.I dont even need to take our my car to get small daily use items.

I have lived here for the past three years and it has been awesome! The ladies in the office are always so helpful and pleasant, and the maintenance men are always on time and very professional. It is a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. The pool is so nice too. The apartments are spacious and have great balcony/ patio space. I could go on forever about all the positives this place has to offer! I love it here!

Have lived here for 2 years and I absolutely love it. It's very safe and quiet. Office manager is GREAT and maintenance is always on time and very professional. I have never had a complaint living here. I love that the pool is for residents only and that there is a life guard on duty the entire time. I recommend these apartments to everyone who says they are looking for somewhere to go!! Definitely no disappointments here!

I moved here 2 years ago and have no complaints. I feel safe going to work and my wife and kids at home. There are several grills on the property and by the pool. I live at Orchard Court Apartments and love it here. Nice quiet neighbors, friendly folks, good management who makes me feel welcome, good maintenance. I have an adorable apartment with plenty of room and closet space! It is close to a wonderful drug store, convenience store, bus stop, beauty shop, auto insurance office, medical lab, and more, all in walking distance. It's also a nice place to go out and take a walk, and most of all - safe!
