Pretty community, quiet neighborhood, shopping center's are close, and I-66 is close (super convenient for commuters).
Leasing staff is not the best... sometimes they're slow to respond, had to call back once 3 days later for an answer - other than that, they're fine. It seems like they second-guess themselves all the time, but maybe I'm just trying to be sympathetic.
Didn't really have any problems with money, so maybe my experience was better, my rent was always paid on-time, water bill was
...on the rent bill Weird, but water bill was pretty consistent for me.
Paid-coin laundry Some apartments have them, some do not, I guess it depends on the size I had a unit with a coin-laundry and yeah, it's definitely weird, but honestly I just kept a roll of quarters on the washer, it was never a big deal.
Maintenance was fine... I only called them out once while I lived there, and they let themselves in once or twice for some kind of unit check or filter change or something (I DID get notice - I've seen reviews on other sites saying they let themselves in no-notice, I did get a letter on my door 2 days before; a couple more days notice would've been nice, but again, it is what it is). They always did their best to fix/repair anything, though, plus the maintenance guys seem very nice.
ALL-IN-ALL: "GOOD" EXPERIENCE.
