April 3, 2026A/C was not running We submitted a work-order in the tenant portal and maintenance showed up in 15 minutes. It was a simple fix involving a "float" valve that require suctioning out some algae with a shop-vac. Alex went above and beyond though by helping us to set the thermostat times we wanted for the temperature to be lowered for nighttime sleep.
