February 23, 2022It's all about how much money they can get out of you. It costs more than it's worth, neighbors with dogs off leash, entitled people parking wherever they want, a lot of sound transfer from other apartments. Don't expect to get all of your security deposit back. And with more of the complex being built, it's just going to get more crowdedReview from Apartments.com
