July 18, 2025These are great apartments with lots to offer and lots of places to go to in the area. The apartments are beautiful with a playground, dog park, pool, and fitness area. I love that the apartments offer a small locked storage area on the outside porch, walk in closets, and an open floor plan utilizing the space efficiency. July 1, 2025The office staff are friendly and maintenance always responds quickly. The grounds are kept clean and it is generally a quiet community. I wish there were more dumpsters than just one, and a garbage pickup service option would be nice. June 5, 2025Being charged different prices each month to take my own trash out sucks. Can we please look into pickup service that is worth paying a fee for. No one watches cable these days, should be an option. I have seen a few small critters! Can we make sure pest control is working thoroughly. Stairways should be sprayed that may help. If we don’t already, outdoor grills may be nice since we aren’t allowed to have them on property. And I have to mention I hate my appliances and jealous to see other people ...have updated black or silver… good, but could be great just some suggestionsProperty Manager Responded
