September 16, 2024This property is poorly maintained, these apartments are mice and roach infested. My heat has not worked in the last 2 years. The turnover is extremely high, we had 3 property managers in 2 years and at least 5 leasing agents. The staff is unprofessional and money hungry. You will regret living here. Roach and mice infested
June 26, 2022This complex is infested with roaches and mice. They don’t fix anything. Maintenance is a joke, they leave you with no hot water for weeks at a time. In the dead winter they leave you with no heat for weeks. They overcharge you for heat and water. The people are ghetto and management is unresponsive. The property manager hasn’t been in the office since December. When you finally get someone on the phone they give you attitude. The laundry room is a joke , the washers and dryers never work , it’s ...dirty and stinks and they make you pay to use the pool on top of everything you already pay for. This complex is a scum!!! Mice and roach infested
June 26, 2022I’ve lived here less than a year and my apartment is infested with roaches and mice. I can’t even use my kitchen , cabinets or dishwasher because if you cook the roaches come out of everywhere and they live in my dishwasher and cabinets, I had mice jump out at me while in the shower and using the bathroom. You call the office to tell them about the issues and all they can say is they have an exterminator once a week and they’ll put you on a list. Maintenance is a joke , they fix when they want to ..., I was with no shower knobs for two and a half months and then was told they had to “order the knobs” my toilet leaked from February, I told them about it and maintenance waited until June to fix it. The people who live here are the worst , the cops are on site every day with a different fight or confrontation. I had my neighbor kick and beat on my door until the frame cracked and the office did not fix it, they charge you double for heat and water. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing and garbage is blown all through the grass and in front of your door. The property manager hasn’t been in the office or contactable since December of last year so none of your problems get fixed or heard from higher ups. to many hidden fees
April 12, 2022There are several fees in addition to your rent you have your base rent then the following: Water bill(not individually metered but shared bill for entire building) Sewerage bill Gas bill(for your heat and hot water) trash collection bill and a service fee for billing you! Maintenance is unresponsive and most of the time a third party contractor has to be called in. and last lets not forget the multiple homicides in the past couple years.Review from Apartments.com
Management/maintenance unresponsive - MICE!
May 20, 2021Mngmt and maintenance are unresponsive! Rodent issue SINCE I MOVED IN, and my most recent request from March has yet to be addressed (it’s now May 20th). All numbers provided result in answering services, it is SO difficult to get anyone one the phone. I finally went to the office and got the rude run around from mngmt who will probably drag their feet on sending someone out based on the vague answers I received. Bad Management/Staff

I Have An One BedRoom And Its A Pretty Decent Size I Love The Space In My Room , it Could Use A Little Bit Of An UpGrade But Its Nice . The Rent I Originally Paid There Was $780.00 Dollars It Has Now Went Up To $825.00 Pluse Water Its BeCome A Bit Much Managing My Rent But I've Been Doing Okay. The Landlords Are Pretty Nice They Can Be Pretty Strict With The Rent I Just Feel As Though The Rent Is A Little High Now . I Am Still ...Going To School Plus Working. I Had Help Through Dyfus With Getting The Apartment And I'm Very ThankFul But Coming Out Of A Froster Home And Having My Own Place So I'm A Little Afraid Of Losing My Home BeCause The Rent Is Going To Go Up Every Year.
