Good school district. So attracts parents to move in a clean well maintained apartment community at a comparable higher rent compared to near by Appartments. But this community does not provide ample space for kids to play even though there is no community park with in 2 miles radius.
Other than this drawback, the maintenance team is professional and is easier to reach. Work done within 24 - 48 hours.

Thought it was a mixed community, but it isn’t. The pool is very small, No one ever hardly gets in. For as many kids that’s around this neighborhood. It should be some type of park or playground and it isn’t. They have a park for dogs but not kids.

The apartment itself is very nice and spacious, and everything was nicely prepared for me before I moved in. The building is clean and quiet, and the neighborhood also feels safe. Parking is convenient, there’s a nice gym, and it’s also located in a great ...
