I moved in November 1st of last year. Building has an elevator, trash shute, plenty of parking, upgraded counters and floors. The building is peaceful and quiet, i hear my upstairs neighbors maybe once a day if they sat something heavy down but otherwise its totally quiet. The secured access building is also nice even though the neighborhood over all is very safe. Ive rented and lived a few places before this and i dont see myself leaving for a very long time. every single box for me. My only real complaint is that i wish the living room/dining room was a bit longer since the master bedroom/suite is so large. There really isnt a coat closet, because the only closet in the main space i use as a pantry. Three of the kitchen cabinets dont have doors because they are display cabinets, i ran out and got tension rods and covered them with curtains but otherwise the kitchen is huge. Full size washer and dryer were also something on my check list and the fact that there is two full bathrooms is nice. The tub is large enough and the master shower is huge. The staff at the front office is amazingly responsive and caring and help to address any concerns that come up. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking in the frederick area, the price is right, and its right across from tuscarora high.
