    I have lived here since 2018 and I have seen several changes in the office and maintenance staffs through the years. It was a shock to my system. I still have maintenance problems in my unit that was mentioned to the leasing office and maintenance that was never fixed. I know there has been changes in the staff,but my maintenance issues have been dismissed.

    Takes some getting used to. I’ve just moved here a year ago new to Atlanta and new to the area. But I love my choice it’s super quiet, I’m definitely happy with my choice of living

    I've been Orchards Springs 16 years, and this is my second unit here.The first one was beautiful, and I love my current apartment as well.So far there's be minimal problems with this unit,but if there are the maintenance team has always been prompt with my work orders.

    Great community really no problems. Just the fact that they don’t clean the breezeways and walkways from the trash that the young people leave. They also if they fix the water bill that they overcharge you then it’ll be a great place to live the trash. Be sometime overwhelming from trash, shoot but I could deal with that.
