March 1, 20264 year resident. Nice place to live. Rachel and Lisa are the friendliest staff on property. They make you feel right at home here in Orchard Springs. The layout of the apartments are nice and the landscaping always makes the property looks nice. The residents are also friendly. The property always have monthly social events for tenants and family. February 23, 2026I have lived here since 2018 and I have seen several changes in the office and maintenance staffs through the years. It was a shock to my system. I still have maintenance problems in my unit that was mentioned to the leasing office and maintenance that was never fixed. I know there has been changes in the staff,but my maintenance issues have been dismissed.Property Manager Responded

February 15, 2026Great community really no problems. Just the fact that they don’t clean the breezeways and walkways from the trash that the young people leave. They also if they fix the water bill that they overcharge you then it’ll be a great place to live the trash.
