February 18, 2026I love it here Orchard Trace is very well kept. The grass, the bushes, the trash everything. You have any kind of issues, Maintainance is right there! It’s fairly quiet except for my neighbors upstairs in the evening. It sounds like they’re jumping or running through the place. They have nice plants but all the dirt ones up on our patio. September 9, 2015Where do I begin. This was and still is my first place that I ever moved into on my own. At the time I was looking to move every apartment that I looked at turned me down or I just didn't feel it was a good place for me. When I walked into orchard trace I felt like I was at home. The apartments are extremely spacious! I had never had a walk in closet before and the one I have here is like a second bedroom. The thing that I love here is the community is so quiet and safe. I literally can walk ...upstairs to my neighbors apartment and leave my door unlocked with NO problems that's how safe I feel here. The staff is unbelievable they are helpful,friendly, and understanding especially the manager hedi. Any question I have she's there to help. There is also the security watch named Mr. Fred. He is by far the sweetest most kind person I have ever met. I work at a job where I don't get home until 12am..every night he is in the parking lot at my door making sure I get inside safely..where else does that happen?! I have been here almost 3 years and when that time comes to think about possibly moving I always come back to orchard trace and I have NEVER left...this is my home!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
I love my HOME!
September 9, 2015Orchard trace apartments was and still is my very first place when I moved out of my parents home. As soon as I walked in to the units I felt as though I was home. The unit itself is very spacious!! I had never had a walk in closet before..but here the closet is practically a second bedroom! Not only are the units large, the community is very quiet and SAFE which I feel is the most important. I literally walk upstairs to my neighbors apartment to visit and can leave my door unlocked and come back ...with every unscathed!!!!!! Everyone who lives here is friendly and nice. The staff and management are unbelievable. They go out of their way to make sure the grounds remain safe and clean and comfortable for the residents. The manager Heidi is extremely helpful any question I have she is there to answer! Also the security personnel, Mr. Fred, is phenomenal. He makes sure the grounds are safe at night by patrolling to make sure there are no problems. I work a job that I don't get off until 12am, every night he is in the parking lot at my building making sure I get inside safe with no problems. Every year when my lease comes to an end I ALWAYS renew because when I'm here I feel so comfortable and safe...this is my HOME...I couldn't see myself anywhere else!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
