FORCING TENANTS OUT
March 12, 2026Forcing tenants to get updated apartments and charging and extra $400 to the monthly rent. You either take an updated apartments renewal time or move out. So everyone has been moving and that's the cause of all the empty apartments.Review from Apartments.com
FORCING TENANTS OUT
March 10, 2026The new owners here are HORRIBLE. They are forcing all tenants to get upgraded apartments. The are raising the rent and extra $400 when your renewal comes around. Alot of the tenants can't afford to pay that so they are moving out. Not only are they forcing the upgrade, BUT if you take it, you will need to move all of your stuff from your apartment to one if the updated ones. This is really bizarre. Poor Management
February 20, 2026It's really a shame what happened to Orchard view with the new management company, Kim one of the best managers to ever run Orchard View is no longer here and you can tell, customer service is horrible, can't get a direct answer, grounds aren't as clean maintenance is subpar. I loved these when I toured a year ago, was going to relocate but not after what I seen, staying far away now. Friends of mine are also leaving.Review from Apartments.com
Overpriced
January 9, 2026These apartments are nice, BUT they are not worth the amount they are asking. Parking is horrible, maintenance work is not the best, dog poop everywhere, dogs off leashes just running around. The entryway are not the best. Needs repainting and cleaning. The black front doors are a mess, paint chipping is a bad look. Goes up $150 renewal time, but won't upgrade anything in your apartment. Just not worth the money.Review from Apartments.com

October 15, 2025The manager Kim is very unprofessional. She is clueless to what she is doing. She tell everyone's business to other tenants. She lies right in your face. June 18, 2025After numerous searching and looking around I finally found this rental property that gives you what you pay for. Property is well kept and clean just a little dry patches in the grass. DANGEROUS PITBULLS
April 28, 2025There are pitbulls on this property that are very aggressive. Please tell me why this place allows someone to live in a one bedroom apartment with 2 big dangerous pitbulls with all the kids here. NOT WORTH THE PRICE
January 28, 2025These apartments are spacious, BUT they are not worth the price. There's NO washer/dryer in the unit, NO clubhouse, NO pool, NO playground and NO gym. Laundry room is in a creapy basement. Parking is HORRIBLE. AND MICE enter from behind the stove if not sealed. Barely any maintenance staff. And all the reviews about the manager Kim being so nice. Of course she is going to be super nice and friendly to get you to rent an apartment. Glad I moved out of there.Property Manager Responded

Rent too high

Spaces But still not worth the price
April 25, 2024Toured these apartments recently. My honest opinion they are not worth the price. Also, you pay a water bill and there's no washer/dryer in the unit only in a basement area. The maintenance work did not look professionally done to me for this price. They have no gym, clubhouse, playground, pool, patio or balcony. The price they are asking, I can find a apartment that has atleast some of these things. They are spacious though.Property Manager Responded

Rent too high with no amenities
March 21, 2024Rent is just too high for these apartments. They have no amenities to offer you for this price. There's no washer/dryer in the unit. You have to go in a basement for the laundry area. There's no clubhouse, playground, gym or pool. Parking looks to be a serious problem for residents.
