New Management Not Off To Great Start

I toured with Anabel last month, and was all set to lease with Orchard Village once availability started for the summer. Then new management came in and now I can't even get someone on the phone to answer a question. They had prices listed online for 2 days, then removed everything so it just says "call for pricing". But when I call no one picks up. I was really looking forward to moving here, and disappointed I have to find other options.

Furnace and water heater I was having issues with the furnace and hot water heater providing enough heat. Maintenence replaced the blower unit and some parts on the water heaterthe next day. Very satisfied. Thank you to the Maintenence staff.
