Snakes!!! & sewer rats!!
May 24, 2022Avoid moving here at all cost! Property management doesn’t fix anything. Shooting everyday. Crack heads loiter by entrance everyday. My first year head and my a/c unit was stolen. High office and maintenance turn over rate. Don’t care about emergency maintenance repairs. No security. The pictures are false advertising pool been closed the 3 years I stayed here. Large water moccasins snakes & sewer rats due to near by river they will not call pest control you will have to kill the snakes yourself. ...Kasey & Andrea are currently the offices managers and they don’t fix or handle anything just lie to get u out of the office. Don’t move here
July 21, 2021Im moving ASAP!!!! I have yet been able to utilize any amenities because they never work. I’ve had my air filter changed once (they are supposed to be changed every 6montgs). I’ve put in many tickets that go undone or ignored. Never had my apartment visited by a exterminator. Add insult to injury my children has been inhaling mold from a leaking water heater ( which we were only made aware of by new tenants that moved in below us!!!)Review from Apartments.com

November 6, 2019Unprofessional the leasing agent is rude the office manager don’t know what he doing the apts are nasty and ran down.. trash all over the complex broken windows on empty apts thugs smoking weed outside and loud music. The dumpster is overflowed and gross it stinks walking through the complex and maintenance said they have rats all through the complex and bugs .. they need to tear these down and start all overProperty Manager Responded

Not Worth it
March 30, 2019Went to get information on an apartment, was not really given any time of day. Was basically told they had nothing available and wouldn’t anytime soon. March 3, 2016I have some many problems from mold, to can't use my sink in the bathroom, my stove smokes when I cook and I cleaned it mad it still smokes. I have complained you got it still not fixed. I pay rent on time still don't matter everybody that work here and the new people are sorry and don't like to do their jobs. Snake
August 6, 2015I went by this apartment complex, it seemed pleasant from the outside appearance. The staff was nice, but they did not have the apartment to show at the time they said it would be available. Upon leaving I saw a big rattle snake in the garden. At first I thought it was a child's toy, but than it hissed and its tale rattled at me. I was done at that point. I know this seems petty but the resident that was coming in after me seemed like it was no big deal. I can't and won't do snakes.Review from Apartments.com

September 6, 2015I would like to find out who own these apartments. I have been without a stove for over a week. I have called and went to the office ,I spoke with Mrs Wilson three times, i got the same reply they will be there shortly. So here i am ,its Labor day week-end, four kids and no way to cook. This really sucks.My rent is on time but the repairs are all ways late. Maintenance is a BIG JOKE. I would like to leave my name and number but i dont want to put it on the internet.
