July 17, 2022Has bedbugs and crappy management that tries to shift blame on to tenants and blame a new resident for cockroaches that have been at orchards for a while now. Orchards of 82nd is a horrible place to liveReview from Apartments.com
elevator out of order about half the time
January 6, 2020Even though this is a brand new apartment complex, the new elevators are out of order often and are not reliable. For seniors and those with disabilities, this is a major issue. Grocery shopping in this neighborhood with no stores is hard enough, but the failure of management to hold the elevator vendor accountable is untenable. If you cannot handle stairs, do not live here.Review from Apartments.com
