Declining Rapidly
September 26, 2018This is my 13 month living here. - The gates in our "gated community" have been broken greater than 10 of these months. - I saw a dead rat by our mailboxes two mornings ago. - The TVs in the workout room have been non-working now for weeks. - I personally scooped up 3 dead frogs in the pool yesterday. - Theres now tacky plastic posters advertising the community posted on our fences. KEEP LOOKING for the price (oh and the "upgraded" carpets, are just basic carpet.Property Manager Responded

We regret that you have experienced these frustrations during your time with us. I can assure you we are working to repair the remaining damage to our gate system as quickly as we can, and we apologize for the time it has taken to fully fix it. Technicians will be out shortly to address the issue with the fitness center TVs.
