First, the location, on the top of the hill of West Seattle Junction, with one of the best views in town; also great convenient location to restaurants and shops. Second, the building value; with top of the line appliances, amenities and comfort. Third, the apartment itself is spacious, well designed, and and well maintained. Two things I like the most (so far) about this community: 1) leasing office with Julie and Drew, both are so nice & helpful and provide great service , 2) the maintenance staff whom very responsive & dedicated, I put in a request for few things need to be fixed and everything was done the next day. October 24, 2022Do not move here. They WILL raise your rent by 20% annually, making it impossible for this to be a long term home. It’s sad. Also, they cannot keep a staff. Everyone quits pretty fast. We haven’t had a full staff in a couple of years- and there are only 4 employees for the building. They must not pay well.Property Manager Responded
