I love this residential community. First, the location, on the top of the hill of West Seattle Junction, with one of the best views in town; also great convenient location to restaurants and shops. Second, the building value; with top of the line appliances, amenities and comfort. Third, the apartment itself is spacious, well designed, and and well maintained. Fourth, the management and maintenance staff aren't just helpful but friendly and always willing to help with a bright smile.

I just moved in to Oregon 42 less than a month. Two things I like the most (so far) about this community: 1) leasing office with Julie and Drew, both are so nice & helpful and provide great service , 2) the maintenance staff whom very responsive & dedicated, I put in a request for few things need to be fixed and everything was done the next day.
I highly recommend this community for your next move. Give it a chance by taking a tour with one of the leasing agents. You won’t be disappointed

I haven’t met a lot of other tenants so that remains unseen. I highly recommend if you are in searching for a place to live in West Seattle put Oregon42 on your list and give it a try. The location is awesome! the property is nice and quite. Rooftop is insane - dog park and fire pits grills even a community garden. The apartment ended up looking just like the pictures!! The gym is really well set up and they even has a dog wash! Never lived in a nicer place!

Do not move here. They WILL raise your rent by 20% annually, making it impossible for this to be a long term home. It’s sad. Also, they cannot keep a staff. Everyone quits pretty fast. We haven’t had a full staff in a couple of years- and there are only 4 employees for the building. They must not pay well.
