January 14, 2026We recently moved in and have had a positive experience so far. Management is friendly, the location (with nearby park, restaurants, and grocery stores within a stone's throw) is unbeatable, and the maintenance help has been great. Our washer didn't work when we moved in and Tony worked diligently to fix it. When it couldn't be fixed quickly, he brought us a whole new machine the next day. August 17, 2025Orion and the staff have been amazing in my first month here. The only things that could improve are my apartment was not completely clean when I moved in, so I’m not sure if the previous tenant or the apartment check-out process is to blame, and the buildings are rather squished, with no sidewalks to walk to and from the mail room to your apartment, etc.Property Manager Responded
