Management is friendly, the location (with nearby park, restaurants, and grocery stores within a stone's throw) is unbeatable, and the maintenance help has been great. Our washer didn't work when we moved in and Tony worked diligently to fix it. When it couldn't be fixed quickly, he brought us a whole new machine the next day.
