    The apartments are very spacious and nice. We like them a lot, but I don't like that they are full of horrible cockroaches. Every month they charge us for pest control and no one is going to fumigate, even though we go to the office to complain, we get tired of doing it. It's horrible. You can't even lean on the kitchen because the cockroaches climb on us and if you open the pantry door, the areiba cockroaches fall on your head.     It's hard to come by an apartment complex that really treats it's renters like family and takes care of the property like their own home. I love living here and this community is so amazing! Grass is always well kept, trash is never over flowing, staff (specifically Valeriya and Timmy) are AMAZING! Property goes above and beyond. Huge shoutout to this property's maintenance team.
