      I think the leasing office staff was super nice and informative. Everything was handled very professional, which made it easy to decide whether to apply for an apartment here. Because I feel like a person’s attitude and how they carry themselves goes a long way. Other than that; the property is well maintained and seeing a community that is pet-friendly was a plus for me!

      I have had a positive experience at Orion Prospect Apartments. The management team, especially Cheyenne, is fantastic—knowledgeable, professional, and always eager to assist. While there are some minor maintenance and other issues, they do not overshadow the overall quality of the community and the excellent service provided by the office staff.

      Apartment is very nice, access to public transport is hit and miss, mail room is a total mess and deliveries not put into the lock boxes will get lost, communication and issue resolution with management is extremely tedious and difficult.

      Just don’t live here. You’re gonna pay way overprice for a mediocre apartment. There’s trash and dog waste all over the property. Residents themselves have no respect for their neighbors or other community rules. Parking sucks and the towing company is even worse.

      Orion prospect does not treat there tenants well. They recently chose to tow there tenants cars for any reason they can find to nickel and dime their tenants. We pay our rent and deserve to park where we live in peace. I have lived here for several years but needless to say I will not renew my lease and will be looking for alternative living conditions ASAP. I have spoken to many of my neighbors and they feel the same. Worst place to live!!!!! I would have given them negative stars if that was an ...
