June 10, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI've lived at Orion Prosper for a month and a half. Vanessa and Keira, in the front office, have been nothing but helpful and professional. The maintenance team and pest control have addressed my issues the same day or in a timely manner. I have been happy with the customer service they have provided, the community is friendly, and I have some great neighbors. May 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI like that this place is so mellow for the most part, lots of families but everyone is respectful of others’ privacy. This place is pretty solid but I’ve lived here for over a year and the gate has been broken for most of not all of that time so.. It’s odd that the community is half-gated and half not, and there should probably be some kind of compensation for residents given I’d imagine a working front gate is part of what we’re paying for to live here. Their communication is top notch, since I’ve been here for going on two years I have not had to call the maintenance or anyone for anything! I absolutely love it! Def recommend! Clean, quiet, roomy!

In particular, the maintenance staff is superb!... can't say enough good things about them!! Leasing staff were great and everything went fairly smoothly during my initial lease signing, etc. One surprise after moving in was how terrible the cell service is on property. It's not huge, but still a surprise in this day and age. There were a few maintenance issues when I started opening windows, turning things on, etc. and maintenance was here to fix them the same day. The property is fairly quiet during the day except for when school lets out. And I had reservations ...about getting a second floor apartment but I hardly hear my upstairs neighbor, which is nice.
