February 12, 2026Best place we have ever lived in. You won't be disappointed. We've lived in three different apartments in this complex. Each was better than the previous one. Large rooms and closets. Many have garages and include washer and dryer. Double fridge with door icemaker. 1-4 bedroom floorplans. The grounds are spectacular. Includes three small interconnected lakes surrounded by lakeview apartments. Walking trail all around the lakes. Great clubhouse with TV, pool table, computers, lots of seating, and ...free coffee machine. Gym is fantastic, large and fully equipped. Same with pool. Gated entry with fully fenced perimeter. Maintenance is superb, quick and skilled.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2025Maintenance is friendly & quick to respond, especially Derrick. The community is quiet, safe, & a great school district. It’s affordable for the area. The garages are very convenient. Pest control is quick to recognize & treat ant piles across the property. However there are huge rat communities & the traps don’t seem to help. The rats can get in the garages & attics and chew the fiberoptics, affecting the internet. I’m disappointed in the amenities. The pool appears to have a hot tub but it ...doesn’t get warm. It has a shower but it doesn’t work. The gas grills are sometimes difficult to turn on. The office has a business center but the computers & printer are not hooked up. There is no mouse or keyboard. It’s been this way for about a year or more. The WiFi from the office does not reach the pool area, and the cell phone reception is awful across the majority of the complex. I love the ponds & trails. I just wish these presumed luxuries worked to make for a more seamless lifestyle.Property Manager Responded

June 30, 2025This neighborhood is wonderful. The beautiful lake view from the windows is awesome with the morning sunlight dancing on the water and ducks in the lake. Very peaceful. The community is quiet and serene, making it the perfect escape from the busy city life.
