It’s been over a year since I’ve rented two office spaces at The Orpheum in Dover, NH, and my enthusiasm hasn’t dimmed in the slightest (startup cutbacks forced me to end my lease).
I popped in again recently, and the place is as lively and luminous as ever—a stark contrast to the typical drab office setting. The abundant natural light and open design create an almost outdoor feel.
The facility is chic and state-of-the-art, equipped with all the high-tech amenities essential for a tech ...
professional like myself. High-speed internet, ergonomically designed furniture—it’s all top-notch and perfectly complements the long hours spent on innovation and development. The convenience of a nearby kitchenette is a small but significant perk, ensuring a quick coffee is always at hand.
But what truly sets The Orpheum apart is the vibrant community atmosphere. It’s not just a workspace; it’s a place where creative minds meet and mingle, where you’re as likely to run into an old friend as you are to spark an impromptu collaboration with a fellow visionary.
The staff deserves a special mention, too—always accommodating, with Jareer, in particular, going out of his way to exceed tenant needs.
If you're looking for office space in Dover, NH, The Orpheum should be at the top of your list.
(As a side note, I also rented an apartment here in 2020, and it was nothing short of fantastic.)
