Bug/Roach Problem
August 2, 2024I do not recommend moving here. The apartment had a bug and roach problem. I would see more than 30 roaches a day. Having to wipe and clean everything once a day to “manage” the problem. I called the office multiple times and they never did anything. My refrigerator and freezer also went out and because the issue wasn’t “emergent” to the lady in the front office, it took two days to get it replaced causing me to replace $300 worth of groceries. More expensive than you'd think
June 28, 2023I had the down payment done, and just needed to read and sign the lease. I read the lease, and on page ten was checked a additional $99.00 fee for "amenities". I called, and was told "... the $99 fee is the utility fee it covers Sewer, Trash, Pest Control and Basic Cable.". So whatever it says the rent is? Get ready, that stuff is NOT included in the rent, and will cost you another $99.00 ON TOP of the listed rent price. That raised the price higher than other locations I was looking at, so I ...walked away. Real Review!!
May 5, 2023This is my girlfriend and I’s first apartment in Jacksonville. As you know it’s really hard looking for a place that’s affordable in North Carolina in general but thank goodness we came across Osprey Cove apartments. The office gave me so much information and I was able to ask so many questions until I felt comfortable. It was unbelievable the property has so many different spots for pets, and not to mention it’s a super quiet neighborhood. The office and the tenants have a lot of communication ...as well as great amenities and a price you really can’t beat. If it wasn’t for the knowledge Shaina or Asia or the busy workers of the maintenance men I don’t know where I would be at the moment , no complaints. Wonderful
May 4, 2023Lived here for 8 months. The maintenance is always a great help. Office staff are super helpful. They have a giant field area for kids to run and play in, a puppy area for your fur babies, and plenty of grills/picnic areas for summer fun.Property Manager Responded

This property is good
May 2, 2023This is an affordable option in the Jacksonville area and is ideal for military families. We have had some problems with small bugs like cockroaches but the office tries their best to address them. There are often water shut offs a few times a month but don’t usually last for more than a few hours. It’s a nice neighborhood and is a great place to have a dog. Do not rent here
September 20, 2021I’ve lived here less than three months and they’ve turned the water off over a dozen times, most without warning. It is infested with spiders and they say pest control will come monthly if you ask, but it is not true. Maintenance is horrible. Took a month to get a sink that didn’t leak, another month to get a drawer put back in and my window is still broken from when I moved in. Horrible place to live.Review from Apartments.com
