Staff doesn't want to do their job
March 26, 2026I've been trying to get an issue with my neighbor resolved for 3 weeks. I have to wait 5 days to get a response to a simple email. The property manager refuses to take action, and claims that there is no one to contact to report her negligence. If you value living in a community where your peace of living is a priority, I cannot in good conscience recommend moving here. My car in the garage has been broken into multiple times, requiring me to replace a broken window. Something as simple as making ...sure the trash gets taken out on time is too much to ask of the staff here. I send an email saying "There has been trash on the floor in the stairwell for weeks" and they respond "which stairwell?". No, I'm sorry, but the proper response is "I will personally ensure that all stairwells in this building are free of trash". I was able to tolerate the elevator being broken for multiple months, but I can't tolerate discarded chocolate wrappers on the floor where dozens of dogs walk past every dayProperty Manager Responded
April 15, 2026Hi Tim, Thank you for your message. I understand that you’re frustrated, and I do want to address the concerns you raised so there is clear and accurate information. Regarding response times, your recent emails were sent directly to me while I was out of the office. As mentioned previously, emailing our main office inbox (Ospreyteam@stylresidential.com) ensures the fastest response, as the entire team monitors that account. Once I returned, I responded to your email and all emails you sent after that promptly. In terms of trash and building upkeep, our team services the common areas daily, including trash removal and cleaning. Given the size of the building (4 stairwells across 6 floors), when a specific concern is reported, we do need a location in order to address it immediately. When I asked which stairwell, the intent was for me to go and personally pick it up, even if I didn't explicitly say that. We are always happy to personally address any reported area once we know where to ...go. Regarding the lighting concern, we have thoroughly reviewed this multiple times. The lighting in question is a standard, dim LED strip with soft blue light that many residents use. It is not installed in or on the window, though it may appear that way from outside due to reflection and how this type of lighting disperses in darker conditions. There are no lease or policy violations associated with this, so we are not able to request its removal from your neighbor's apartment. That said, the resident has been asked to remain mindful, and they have confirmed they turn the lights off before going to sleep and will utilize window coverings. I do want to clarify that while we take all concerns seriously and put time into investigating them, there are limits to what can be enforced when something falls within normal and permitted use. I hope this helps clarify things. Apartment Tour

Ashlee gave a very detailed and informative tour of the unit as well as all of the amenities, answering all of the questions I had throughout the process. Even though the exact unit I was looking for wasn’t available to tour, she did a fantastic job of accommodating me so that I could still be as informed as possible, and even offered to reach out as soon as the specific unit became available so that I could come back and retour. Management not responsive
December 8, 2024I have been having a problem with my heating system that I escalated more than three times with no response. I am currently not able to use the heating system in my home because of cold winter.Property Manager Responded

Because we are short staffed in the office currently, wait times are a little more than the same day responses we usually like to give. However, we had emailed you the day before you called but it looks like you might not have received that email. We attempted to call you back a few times but we could not get through. The quickest way to get a response is by email since our phone calls tend to reroute to our call center and they won't know specifics about things we have already discussed. We did drop a space heater off for you while we wait for your new PTAC system to be shipped to us. We will install it as soon as it arrives! Great Tour of this Property. Manager was very personable.
July 12, 2024Alexandra was very helpful and I plan on living in this community very soon. Great views and living space was open in the units I visited and fabulous river views with great places to walk. One thing to note is that I did not arrive on time due to not being sure where to park when I got there to view the unit, so letting prospective residents know where to park would be helpful.Property Manager Responded

Issues with Maintenance

Additionally, some requests can take additional time as parts delivery can be delayed due to supply chain issues. Disrespectful Managment
