very unprofessional
January 5, 20261- made me show myself around the complex. completely different apartment was shown before moving in (( been here six months in pest control hasn't came yet)) before moving in this place was infested with roaches.!!!! 2) requested maintenance over eleven times and documented Since moving in and they have yet to fix it, anything ( hot water heater out, refrigerator still broken, but they can come barging down the doors Did you check on sprinkler systems i guess. 3) the office will not call you ...back!!!! 4) has changed hands twice within 5months. We LOVE it here!

Excellent place to live
July 16, 2025We have lived here for over a year and have no complaints. The office staff is super nice and accommodating. The gym is small but has ample enough equipment to get a good workout in. The events coordinator, Kenny, has been putting together lots of events for the community and they have been great to meet new people. Best Managed Property Around!
June 26, 2025I’ve been a resident of Otarre Pointe for nine months now, and I can honestly say that it has been the best experience I’ve had in any rental property I’ve ever stayed. The staff is incredibly courteous, respectful, and pleasant to work with. They promptly address any issues that arise. The property is well-maintained, and the residents are friendly and welcoming. The complex is relatively quiet, which adds to the overall peaceful atmosphere. I want to express my gratitude to Otarre Pointe ...community for providing such an exceptional living experience. December 14, 2024My original review which said the same thing got taken down. It was great when the original staff was here. my car was broken into and before I even described him the manager did because she said that someone else described the same person breaking into their car. she even said "It's crazy how they just moved in and we started having problems". July 2, 2024I am now on my 2nd yr and I have to say I was very concerned when the original staff left it was going down hill now that Sandy is back it's getting back to the beautiful place it was 2 yrs ago I also like to thank Ann and the gals in the office they are super great and of Course Darly and his maintenance team they r always on the ball my only concern is there are a few tenants that have no respect for others that ruin it, with that being said I would differently recommend Otarre PointeProperty Manager Responded

Love my apartment!
March 15, 2024I just recently moved here and I love it! The floorplan is absolutely perfect for me! Location is excellent! I am really looking forward to enjoying the pool soon. The only downside here so far is the parking. Spots are not designated so it can be a challenge in the evenings finding a spot close. Pros still outweigh the Cons!Property Manager Responded
