    We have really loved living at Ottare Pointe! The area is so peaceful and we love being so close to the Timmerman Trail. The apartment staff are wonderful and truly make us feel at home. They host fun events so that we can get to know and interact with our neighbors. We truly love it here and we are so happy we chose Ottare Pointe!

    Kenny with apartment life host monthly events and each one is better than the last from comedy to a pink out breast cancer walk to brownies and bingo and pumpkin carving this apartment complex has it all.

  • Excellent place to live

    We have lived here for over a year and have no complaints. The office staff is super nice and accommodating. The gym is small but has ample enough equipment to get a good workout in. The events coordinator, Kenny, has been putting together lots of events for the community and they have been great to meet new people. Though I sometimes wish there were more non-alcoholic drinks offered.

    I’ve been a resident of Otarre Pointe for nine months now, and I can honestly say that it has been the best experience I’ve had in any rental property I’ve ever stayed.   • Unsafe

    My original review which said the same thing got taken down. It was great when the original staff was here. my car was broken into and before I even described him the manager did because she said that someone else described the same person breaking into their car. she even said "It's crazy how they just moved in and we started having problems". Dont move here. No point in spending so much when you cant even have peace of mind.

    I am now on my 2nd yr and I have to say I was very concerned when the original staff left it was going down hill now that Sandy is back it's getting back to the beautiful place it was 2 yrs ago I also like to thank Ann and the gals in the office they are super great and of Course Darly and his maintenance team they r always on the ball my only concern is there are a few tenants that have no respect for others that ruin it, with that being said I would differently recommend Otarre Pointe

  • Love my apartment!

    I just recently moved here and I love it! The floorplan is absolutely perfect for me! Location is excellent! I am really looking forward to enjoying the pool soon. The only downside here so far is the parking. Spots are not designated so it can be a challenge in the evenings finding a spot close. Pros still outweigh the Cons!
