only a wall heater in these units, most with no themostat. Owners keep increasing rent to market value; however, the pool has been under construction since 10/1/23. There is no washer / dryer hook up in units, no central heating / AC, spa, rec. room, gym as in lots of other places in Petaluma, or East bay for less rent. Plus no on site maintenance man for repairs. The roof pours down rain on the stairs making them a hazzard due to the poor design of the flat roofs drainage system.
