September 20, 2025Ottavo is a beautiful, warm and friendly community with a very responsive staff and maintnence crew. Nice amenities. It is located very convenient to shopping major arteries but is hidden in an area that is very quiet and nearly secluded in a way.Property Manager Responded

September 15, 2025I give 4 stars because I been complaining about a dirty stain between my apartment and the one in front for almost a year, NOBODY at the office listens to me and sends somebody to power wash, it's very nasty and I have to see it every day. My neighbors keep leaving trash out side, the bag leaks and the stain gets worseProperty Manager Responded

June 24, 2025I have been living here for a year and have really been enjoying it. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, with great amenities.
