December 9, 2025? 5-Star Review for Ottavo Apartments ? Ottavo Apartments has been a wonderful place to call home. The maintenance team is extremely responsive, and the leasing staff consistently goes above and beyond to support residents. The location is unbeatable, with truly breathtaking Sandia Mountain views that make you forget you're right off Eubank. Inside the community, it feels peaceful and almost resort-like. The units are surprisingly quiet, the fixtures are modern, and the amenities are very well ...maintained. I also appreciate the night security patrols, which add an extra layer of safety and peace of mind. Overall, Ottavo is a comfortable, safe, and beautifully managed community. September 15, 2025I give 4 stars because I been complaining about a dirty stain between my apartment and the one in front for almost a year, NOBODY at the office listens to me and sends somebody to power wash, it's very nasty and I have to see it every day. September 9, 2025I like the layout of the apartment, Upgraded kitchen, lighting with windows. Maintenance has been prompt and Rosé, leasing consultant has helped me from the first visit viewing to moving in, answering multiple calls.Property Manager Responded
