The units are surprisingly quiet, the fixtures are modern, and the amenities are very well ...maintained. I also appreciate the night security patrols, which add an extra layer of safety and peace of mind. Overall, Ottavo is a comfortable, safe, and beautifully managed community. September 15, 2025I give 4 stars because I been complaining about a dirty stain between my apartment and the one in front for almost a year, NOBODY at the office listens to me and sends somebody to power wash, it's very nasty and I have to see it every day.
