December 9, 2025? 5-Star Review for Ottavo Apartments ? Ottavo Apartments has been a wonderful place to call home. The maintenance team is extremely responsive, and the leasing staff consistently goes above and beyond to support residents. The location is unbeatable, with truly breathtaking Sandia Mountain views that make you forget you're right off Eubank. Inside the community, it feels peaceful and almost resort-like. The units are surprisingly quiet, the fixtures are modern, and the amenities are very well ...maintained. I also appreciate the night security patrols, which add an extra layer of safety and peace of mind. Overall, Ottavo is a comfortable, safe, and beautifully managed community. I'm grateful for the time I’ve spent here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run, supportive, and scenic place to live.Property Manager Responded
