From the very beginning, I really liked Outlook. As the logo says, it is a 55 Luxury Community, and that is how I saw it: comfortable, clean, quiet, and safe. I also enjoy seeing neighbors getting together and spending time with each other. It makes me feel more connected. What concerns me is when some residents do not follow the rules, such as leaving trash bags on the carpet, playing the TV very loudly, or bringing many guests who walk around different areas, especially when the office is ...
closed. These situations sometimes make me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I have mentioned some of these concerns and sent emails, but I have not received a response. I really like Outlook and want it to continue being the luxury, comfortable, and safe community we all want to enjoy.

Outlook Gwinnett has been a great 55 community to live. I’ve been here day one of opening. It’s beautiful, clean, luxurious, and quality furniture, paintings, and community activities are exceptional. And it’s safe and quiet. Perfect for aging adults.

Nice location, easy to get in and out. Property upkeep is top notch. 4 Elevators to upper floors. Stairs if you prefer to walk up/down. All appliances including washer/dryer furnished. Central Air/heat. Mgnt very responsive.
