I can honestly say of all the apartment communities I've lived at, Outlook Gwinnett is the best. The staff have responded to maintenance requests promptly. August 1, 2025I don't know where to begin to describe how happy I am living at Outlook Gwinnett. The property is gorgeous, very well maintained and quiet. The residents are so friendly and outgoing but it's also a nice, quiet home at the end of my workday. I'm so happy being a resident at Outlook Gwinnett that I'm moving into a 2 bedroom apartment with an awesome view. I'm planning to make this my "forever" home.Property Manager Responded
