Great place!
September 4, 2025All the staff at Pilot Butte, from management to maintenance, have been so awesome to work with. Management has been really responsive and helpful from the moment I scheduled a tour, to the leasing process, to any need or question I have had since. Even when I’m just picking up packages at the office, they take the time to check in on a personal level to get to know you and are so personable. The maintenance staff are also incredibly responsive and respectful while in your space. They give ...helpful advice if asked (which I do) and are so fun to chat with. They put up with a lot of gross stuff that people leave them with…The apartments and buildings are well taken care of. There are community events, both at the request of tenants and of staff’s design, which are so fun to attend and meet neighbors. Staff attend the events too! It really feels like a community and at the same time everyone respects each other’s space. I’m really glad I picked this place to move into.Property Manager Responded
