DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
July 11, 2025Horrible maintenance issues, took multiple complaints for them to show up. Have had an issue with mice, the garbage disposal, multiple issues with the washer and dryer. The pool stinks and was never properly cleaned. Multiple different management, and horrible during the winter, they refused to clean the parking lot.Review from Apartments.com

March 10, 2024I've lived here twice at 2 different times. This time around is much nicer besides some of the crazy neighbors. most units are updated and maintenance is much more on top of things. There was a small bug problem but with the amount of units there are in one building its hard to get them all. The exterminators are on top of spraying and if you want extra then you just got to ask. February 24, 2023These buildings are roach infested and no matter how many you kill there are hundreds more! I’ve been living here for 10 months and pest control has been here 5 times and still roaches! My family has been uncomfortable living here. I read the reviews before I signed the lease and did not listen please don’t come here the reviews are true! poor management and roach infested!!!! I can’t stress it enough there are even roaches in the laundry facilities and crawling in the hallways as you are about ...to come into your home. Do not give these people your money they are not worth it. They had the nerve send an email about resigning my lease and raising the rent knowing these buildings are infested that shows they don’t care and if you read the reviews these buildings have been infested for years. And that’s not it dog poop everywhere, we had a flood in our apartment that was not caused by us and it took management 2 months to send someone to fix it my family had to step in cold water on the carpet for 2 MONTHS STRAIGHT.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Beware Fake Reviews
November 10, 2022This place is terrible. They literally turned off the office phone number, the washer has been broken for months, apartments flood and the BARE MINIMUM is done to "fix" it resulting in serious mold issues. They also like to randomly turn the water off to buildings with no notice every couple months. Not to mention the squatters in the basement.... Worst place to live
September 14, 2022This was a nice place to live. But The Lynd Co doesn’t believe in putting money into the facility. Mold growing in laundry room from the rain water that sits against the building. This has become the high dollar ROACH motel. This place is happy to take your money & not return a phone call or fix anything around here. Kids running around being destructive. So do yourself a favor & do NOT rent from Larkspur Pointe. Make sure you check out what their amenities that don’t work or are closed most of ...the time. Literally the Worst
June 20, 2022Hope you don't like having an apartment that doesn't flood or sinks that don't back up with other people's dirty dish water. This place is horrible and does not care at all for their tenants. You can't ever get anyone in the office to respond in a timely manner, if at all. I've lived here for two years and during that time, my apartment has flooded three times. There's mold in the apartment now because they refuse to remove the carpet. They will try and screw you over as you leave as well. They ...wouldn't give my roommate any information on move-out protocols, instead asking "Why are you moving?" after weeks of him waiting on a response, even going to far as to not return the calls of the complex he was moving to so he couldn't sign his new lease. Just don't do it. The pictures look good and the show apartment look good but when you get inside … roaches in the basement and in the kitchen .. no hot water and the hallways is a nasty carpet nasty it’s just nasty oh yeah not to mansion homeless people sleeping in the basement .. July 27, 2021The apartments weren’t so bad before they came under new management, but now they’re awful. The laundry room is constantly leaking from the pipes and the washer itself, and looks like it’s never been cleaned. The AC was broken and it took multiple phone calls and multiple maintenance requests for anything to get done. Now my AC is leaking water, and still nobody has come to fix it.
