Not worth the heartache
November 23, 2022It's great while you're living there, but once you leave they will waive the final walk through and then charge you for rubbish they make up. You have no recourse because they waived the walk through. Then when you try to negotiate and tell them you literally don't have the money to pay them, they'll set debt collectors on you.Review from Apartments.com

Great place to live!
July 1, 2019Lived in the factory building for two years... loved the building, the facilities and the management TEAM. If ever there was something that needed repair, it was done quickly and professionally. The only reason we're no longer there is because we bought a place of our own. August 19, 2015I have lived in Ovaltine Court apartments for 2 years and have no complaints. The leasing office staff is extremely accommodating, kind, knowledgable, and remembers every resident. Maintenance can be contacted via phone or a request can be made online to have something fixed in your apartment. There are many perks at Ovaltine, including the gorgeous pool, leasing office lobby, grills for everyone's use, a fire pit, workout room, in-unit laundry, storage rooms, and a variety of apartments ...available. I love that the Prairie Path runs along Ovaltine so that running, walking, and biking are easy to do. For all that is offered at Ovaltine, the price is great. August 15, 2015I always wanted a cute apartment to decorate. But after my boyfriend found a loft at Ovaltine, I fell in love with the industrial, cement, brick and mortar loft style. And in the western burbs, this is the first and last place you'll look. August 14, 2015Have you ever wanted to live in an exposed brick eclectic cool loft apartment? I moved in 4 years ago and I love my place and everyone that comes over is in awe. Exposed brick 18 foot high ceilings polished concrete floors. Huge windows let in lots of sun light and give a open feeling. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
