This place have Bats and they are aware
July 28, 2023Move here at your own risk. This place is infested with bats and they are aware. They are not doing anything to fix the issue. I had to message them & call them for maintenance to even step foot in my apartment to see the living environment I’m living in with freaking bats.Review from Apartments.com
Issues with Management
October 17, 2021Scheduled an appointment over the phone to tour an apartment the next day. The woman on the phone was very sweet and was able to answer any questions I had. The next day, I drove over 40 minutes and the person looking with me drove 2 hours so we could tour this apartment. We got there five minutes early. We had to knock on the door and wait a few minutes for someone in the office to answer. She had no clue who we were and had to ask what apartment we were there to look at. We informed her ...who we were and what we were there to see. She then went back into the building, closing the door and leaving us outside for a few more minutes. She comes back and tells us that someone applied last night and we were not going to be getting a tour. I understand someone applying for it first so they get it, not a big deal. But it was very frustrating that we drove a good distance when all we needed was a call or email that morning, saying the apartment was no longer available. We expressed our frustrations to the woman and she did nothing to try to fix the situation, no apology for our wasted time and gas, did not try to ask if we wanted to tour a different apartment, and did not care that we were walking away with a bad taste in our mouths. Seemed like she wanted us out of her hair so she could go back to watching Netflix.Property Manager Responded

No Communication
June 8, 2021No one answers the phones, returns calls, or responds to emails. Maybe management is a figment of my imagination. Tried to apply and application was canceled for a reason outside of my power, essentially it was on the property to contact me back after multiple attempts to get assistance after application was submitted. Was finally contacted and demanded to contact them before the end of the day and every call to the office was disconnected and emails went unanswered. Apartment manager literally avoids tenants.
May 17, 2018I have been trying to contact the manager for over a week. I work during the office hours and she never picks up the phone or returns calls. I went by over an hour after the office closes and she was there. She wouldn't come to the door, made me tell through it just to leave a message, and kept insisting that "WE'RE CLOSED" and "9 A.M." My girlfriend and I (current tenants) and my brother are all trying to move into a 2 bedroom together, as our lease runs out this month and so far it seems that ...she is content with not doing her job even to the minimum expectation.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Roach Motel!
May 7, 2018If you want to live with German Cockroaches this is the place for you! We moved in because the price was right, two weeks later we realized the place came with pets. Cockroaches lived in the kitchen. I complained about this constantly!! Pest control would come spray my apartment but not the ones that were adjoined, so spraying was pointless. I asked if they would “bomb” my place and they refused and said I could do it myself . When it rained, my roof would leak, thus destroying pictures hanging ...on my walls. Even though this was a roach motel, totally infested, to the point where I would cry myself to sleep at night, they had the nerve to not let me out of my lease! DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE A PEOBLEM HAVING COCKROACHES CRAWLING ALL OVER YOUR STUFF!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
