January 23, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived here for almost 3 years and I love it here so much! It’s right down the street from the hyvee and 24/7 Casey’s! It’s pet friendly but very clean, the community here and the staff keep the grounds clean. They are very quick on maintenance and repairs, I’ve never had a problem that wasn’t addressed immediately and taken care of. Amber, Ashley and the maintenance men are literally the best! They communicate well and make this a safe place to live and you feel happy to call home! I love ...that they have a gym and a pool for the summertime. I also love that they do fun activities and games for the holidays. Anyways if you’re looking to stay here I recommend it 110%!! Great price for a quality life!Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

March 3, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comOne of the greatest features of this residence, aside from its ideal location, is the maintenance personnel prompt response. I have encountered a few issues in my apartment that required attention, and the maintenance man responded quickly. The longest wait time for a repair was a couple of weeks, due to the wait for a replacement part. In general, the response time is quick, and the work is done very well. He even conducts a follow-up to ensure that the work met the expectations.Property Manager Responded

October 25, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comFirst moving to Cedar Rapids I lived in a house that I had to pay rent, water, gas, electric, trash along with cell and entertainment expenses. Cedarwood Rent is Half of what I was paying. Obviously some bills still remain but Heat, Water & Trash All Paid For!!! Goodbye Gas Bills until I buy a house with all the money I’ve saved!! Lots of space for the price and the Office Staff is Unbelievably Amazing!!! Those Ladies are so friendly and you can really tell that they care. If you have any ...problems they usually have the maintenance guys there the next if not the same day to fix. Heard a lot of bad things about this place before moving here and was scared at first, HOWEVER after living here many years I can really tell you from experience that this is a wonderful place to Live. There are kids that run around and enjoy being outside, Families and friends barbecue, occasionally loud music and 420 odor but No junkies or bums asking for change or harassing you so I feel comfortable and safe. They also have a fitness room and a swimming pool!! My Favorite thing is that residents can stop in for a cup of coffee, grab a newsletter to see what’s happening and meet new neighbors forming that lifetime bond. Cedar Wood Hills is a great place for anyone that has a positive attitude!!Read More
