May 20, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comOverlook Point is conveniently located right by Daniel Island and also a short drive to 526, making commute extremely convenient. The sunsets never get old from the view overlooking the waterfront, and the community has been very well-kept - especially since the change in management. I love how the complex comes up with ways to get the community together like hosting pool parties or ordering food trucks.
