I really enjoy living at Overlook and felt at home right away. The staff and fellow tenants are wonderful, and the front office and maintenance teams are always prompt and professional. Overlook Point is conveniently located right by Daniel Island and also a short drive to 526, making commute extremely convenient. The sunsets never get old from the view overlooking the waterfront, and the community has been very well-kept - especially since the change in management. Last year, there was an increidble insect issue, specifically with marsh mosquitoes and fire ants. Love this complex!! Not only is it in an amazing area, but the people in this community are amazing and friendly. I love how the complex comes up with ways to get the community together like hosting pool parties or ordering food trucks. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to live. I have only lived here for 2 weeks and can already say we are going to be here for a while!

I love the layout so much! Tons of storage and space. I will say the building are not kept up with. The hall ways are really nasty and need to be pressure washed. Same with landscaping there has been a lot of trash everywhere.
