Smoke detector I set off the smoke detector and afterwards got a chirp. Maintenance arrived in about an hour and took care of it by replacing batteries for me. All is well now.

Plumbing Issue Our garbage disposal was making a loud noise. We submitted a maintenance request. Within a few hours Steve came here and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. We have lived here at Overlook at Allensville for 7 years and every time we have submitted a request it has been taken care of within hours. Great place to live and an awesome staff

Fridge needed fixed My fridge started making loud noises and i was afraid it would break while i was at work and id lose all my food - they fixed it the next morning!

Maintenance Request I went online to submit 2 routine maintenance issues. In less than 3 hours both issues were resolved. We have lived here for 7 years and every time 95% of requests are resolved the same day. Steve is an amazing person and is very friendly. Overlook at Allensville is a great place to live
