December 5, 2025Heating Issue We had an issue with our furnace not heating properly. The maintenance staff was quick to answer the call . Turned out to have a leak and a part needs to be ordered. They still were able to get us heat until the leak is fixed. This entire staff here at Overlook is awesome. They take care of the residents quickly and efficiently. This is an amazing place live. August 14, 2025Fast and helpful I submitted the request for mold and within 5 hours maintenance was there and cleaned/switched out what needed it and left some notes for us to better prevent that from happening.
